  • Commercial dips are low in health-protective phytochemicals

  • Homemade dips can help in maintaining weight

  • Homemade dips can be nutritious and cancer protective

With easy homemade dip recipes, you can create fresh, low fat, vegetable-based dips that are rich in flavor and healthier too. In fact, if you are a lover of herbs, you can prepare tasty herb dips.

All it needs is creative use of ingredients. Dips are easy to make, quick to prepare and usually a hot favorite with all.
