Lunge With Biceps Curl

Place the center of the exercise band under your left foot. Place your right foot behind by about 2 feet. Grip the handles of the band and bend your knees to lunge position. At the same time, perform a biceps curl as you lunge forward. Repeat 20 times.


Sliding Plie Squat

Stand with your feet slightly turned out but heels together. Hold the exercise band in your hands over your head. Step your right foot outward and bend both knees and and lower your body to plie squat position. Stretch the band as you pull it down in front of you. Move your right leg back to position and simultaneously move the hands back overhead. Repeat 10 times with each leg.
